Located in the heart of Oxford city centre and easily accessible from the station, this superb venue is the perfect place for you to meet our Thames Valley venues and discover some of the region’s favourite event spaces.

17:45 - 18:45 Networking Drinks Reception at The Ashmolean Museum
Gather at the Sculpture and Egypt Gallery for cocktails and nibbles and to explore the beautiful rooms available for events in Oxford’s leading art and archaeology museum.

19:00 - 21:00 Harry Potter Dinner Extravaganza at Balliol College
You will take a short walk from the museum and enter the fantasy world of Harry Potter for a sumptuous three-course magical dinner in the Hall at Balliol College, where a world of surprises awaits you! Founded in 1263, Balliol is one of Oxford’s oldest colleges, and is still on its original site with a thriving academic community.

Dinner will be hosted by a surprise special guest and will culminate with The Hogwarts Express Passport Sorting Hat Draw, where you’ll have the chance to win amazing Thames Valley suppliers prizes: from hampers to spa treats and overnight stays in country manor houses . . .
